Thief jailed for stealing Judges robes.

A man who stole a set of judges' robes from a London court has been jailed for three years.

Paul Bint, 46, from Sunningdale, in Berkshire, was breathalised by police in Welldon Crescent, Harrow, in July, but gave a false name and claimed to be a barrister.

Police later found he had a barrister's wig a cloth bag and the robes, which had been stolen from the Old Bailey.

He was sentenced to three years for handling stolen goods, and two years for possesion of articles for use in fraud and dishonestly making false representations for gain for himself, at Harrow Crown Court yesterday.
