Solicitor set for one day charity bike ride

A solicitor is getting set to cycle from Stourbridge to London in one day to help raise cash for his friend’s charity. Martyn Morgan, senior partner at Talbots Solicitors in Stourbridge, is aiming to complete the arduous 140-mile journey in around 14 hours.

Aiming to travel by train to the capital on Saturday June 27, Martyn is planning to start his epic challenge at 6am on Sunday June 28 from Buckingham Palace.

The 53-year-old father-of-five, who has in the past completed the New York and the London Marathon, hopes the stunt will pull in thousands of pounds for the Stourbridge based Chris Westwood Charity - which provides grants to help children with physical disabilities.
